TTGAU has 136 member TGAs with more than 9,000 tree growers.
Tanzania Tree Growers Associations Union (TTGAU) is a member based organization supporting forest and farm small scale growing farmers in Tanzania. It was founded in 2017 to promote the social,economic and environmental interests of small-scale forest and farm growers in the country. Vision: An inclusive forestry sector in Tanzania Mission: To promote forest and farm farming which is environmentally, economically and socially sustainable to improve people's livelihood in Tanzania MEMBERS OF TTGAU. TTGAU is a platform of tree growers' associations (TGA). TGAs are groups of forest and farm producers foubd at village level,they are the backbone of peer learning at the grassroots. TTGAU has 159 affiliate TGAs with 10,423 tree growers.
